Q: Can you service my new car without voiding the warranty?

A: YES! You won’t void your new car warranty when you bring your car to Canning Vale Service Centre*.

To maintain your warranty you require the appropriate parts installed to manufacturers specifications by qualified technicians, and that’s exactly what you will get at Canning Vale Service Centre.

Q: Do you provide a warranty for your work?

A: We stand by the quality of our work and any work completed by us is covered by a 6 month, 10,000 km warranty.

Q: Will repairing my car cost more than I expected?

A: We will always tell you what we expect your repair to cost before we begin works. If we find something we didn’t expect or major repairs are required we will contact you before we begin works so that you don’t get any unnecessary surprises.

Q: Can I get a loan car?

A: We do have a loan car available for our customers although a booking is required so make sure you ask us in advance if you think you will need it.

Q: What are your opening hours?

A: We are open 8.00am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday, and closed Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Q: Do you offer local pick up and delivery?

A: If you are close by we will be happy to arrange to pick up or deliver your vehicle. Just ask us when you book your car in for service.

Q: How can I make my payment?

A: By cash, EFTPOS or credit card. Please note though that we don’t normally accept cheques.
